If you have purchased a subscription and your activities are not available, please follow these steps:
- Make sure you are logged in with the email account you used to purchase the subscription.
- Tap on "Sync Now".
- Lastly, check to see if your subscription is expired.
If you purchased your subscription via Apple Store, open the "Settings" app on your Apple device. Tap your name. Tap Subscriptions. Tap the BabySparks subscription. If it's there, then restart the BabySparks app. If it's not there then it has expired.
If you purchased your subscription via Google Play in the app, check that you can see the subscription listed under your subscriptions in the Google Play Store app. Then go back to the BabySparks app and tap a locked activity. This should automatically sync your receipt. If not, you will see a purchase screen instead - please contact us if this happens so we can help you sync your subscription.
If you purchased your subscription directly through our website, please check that you are logged in with the same email address that you used to complete your purchase.
If you’re still locked out, please contact Customer Support at: support@babysparks.com and include a copy of your receipt as an attachment.
